Mila 8 Carlton is a boutique multi-residential development, located in the inner-city neighbourhood of Highgate Hill, Brisbane. Contemporary and sleek design features are given warmth through soft metallic accents and highly tonal finishes create depth and movement to spaces.

The luxurious apartments feature generous floor plans, each bedroom complete with its own ensuite. The palette and selections were driven by the project brief which had a strong emphasis on being a unique, individualized aesthetic that would resonate and connect with potential buyers.

This project was successfully sold out prior to its completion in 2022.
